I begin each morning by praying the Rosary--I have for many years now. It gives order to my day, and puts me in direct touch with the Blessed Mother, who lights my way. That chain of grace has gotten me through the toughest of times, the darkest of nights. Holding the beads in my anxious hands, I feel the strength of God coming over me--not in a scary, action movie way, but like a beloved father extending his arms around me.

Contemplating the mysteries of the Rosary, we can be drawn further into the lives of Christ and his mother. We might also gain a bit of supernatural knowledge about how we are living the mysteries in our own lives.
